Please take a couple moments and read my Terms.

 

PLEASE do your research before purchasing ANY animal(s). You are 100% responsible for any animal(s) you obtain. They are helpless and depend on YOU for proper care. Have the enclosure for the animal you are purchasing set up and running properly BEFORE you bring the animal(s) home.

        Take into consideration how long most reptiles can live. Turtles/tortoises can live 30-50+ years, many lizards 10+ years, and many snakes 15-20+ years. Where will you be that far down the road? As for your animal(s)?

        At any time for any reason, I have the right to refuse service to anyone.

        I will not sell to anyone under the age of 18, and may require proof of your age. If you can not or will not provide me with proof, I will cancel the order.

The animals I sell are sexed correctly, either by visual examination (turtles/lizards) or by the "popping" or probing method (snakes).  I guarantee this. If the animal appears to be sexed wrong, please contact me. The animal must be returned to me before I can arrange a refund or replacement.

        I cannot guarantee the sex of animals that are unknown/unsexed, under a certain size/weight, or temperature sex dependent.

 

 

        All of the animals that I sell are bred by me unless noted otherwise. Animals sold will come with a copy of their health/feeding records with as detailed information as possible about their health and background.

        It is very important that all new animals (captive bred and born, captive born, or wild caught) be quarantined before adding to a collection, even if they have or have not been previously quarantined or treated for parasites.

        I am not responsible for any health-related problems after the animals leave my facility.

 

 

I try my best to represent my animals and their colors as best as possible. There are endless factors that affect the outcome of the images quality and I do not set up the animals in the same way every time pictures are taken, nor does my camera's automatic settings capture everything the same as well. So I don't offer any type of refund for misrepresentation of the animals in the pictures you have seen. Also, reptiles can change their lightness/darkness of color, so don't expect the animal to come out of the package and look exactly the same color-wise as in the photos represented. 

 

 

Prior to shipment, all animals must be paid in full.

       I accept payments via PayPal, USPS money order, cashier's checks, and personal checks. 

       Personal checks will require 30 days to clear prior to shipment. For orders paid by USPS money order, I prefer that payments be sent either by Priority, Overnight or 2nd Day service with a tracking number sent to me via email as proof that the payment has been mailed.

I ship Monday through Wednesday after all payments are completely through. I don't ship to P.O. Boxes.

        Temperatures in the shipping and destination location must be between 33 and 85 degrees. If temperatures are not plausible, I will hold the animal(s) until temperatures are safe enough to ship. I include heat packs and cold packs in the packages when needed. Safe temperatures between 55-85 degrees do not require heat or cold packs. Temperatures 33-54 require heat packs, and temperatures 86-90 require cold packs. I do not ship with temperatures below freezing, or temperatures above 90 degrees.

        I ship via FedEx Priority Overnight and try to schedule shipments to arrive at the earliest time before 12:00 noon to get the animal(s) to you as soon as possible. Shipping times and costs are different depending on where the order is being shipped.

        The boxes that I use are molded Styrofoam that is 1" thick placed into a cardboard box with a crush rating of about 200lbs. I use these boxes for the extra safety of the animals during shipping. For shipping costs below $40 I do have a box fee of $5 which is the exact cost of my shipping boxes.

        

 

The following conditions MUST be met in order for my live arrival guarantee to be valid:

• Temperatures at the shipping and destination location must be between 33 and 90 degrees.

• The package must be received on the first attempt.

• Someone must be there to sign for the package on the first attempt.

        If the animal(s) arrive dead on arrival, please contact me immediately. I will immediately need proof that it is the same animal(s) that I shipped to you. I will not accept camera phone images. I will also need the dead animal(s) shipped back to me. Don't discard of the dead animals and we will come to an agreement on either a refund or replacement.

        Please contact me as soon as possible after the animals arrive to ensure that they arrived alive and well.
